RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • How to make a reservation: Reservations can be made through phone, online platforms, or in-person. We encourage guests to make reservations in advance, especially during peak hours or for larger groups.
  • Group reservations: For parties of 10 or more guests, please contact us directly to discuss availability and specific requirements. A deposit of 15£pp is required to secure the reservation.
  • Arrival time: Guests are kindly requested to arrive on time for their reservation. We will hold the table for up to 15 minutes after the reserved time. If you anticipate a delay, please contact us to inform our staff.
  • Table assignments: While we strive to accommodate specific table requests, we cannot guarantee the allocation of a particular table or seating area. Table assignments are based on availability, party size, and operational requirements.
  • Booking timing: All table booking is for 3 hours.
  • Confirmation: A reservation is considered confirmed when the guest receives a confirmation number or email from Kaabo Restaurant and Bar. Guests must present this confirmation upon arrival to validate their reservation.
  • Cancellation policy: Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or loss of future reservation privileges.
  • For large bookings, we kindly request at least 10 days’ notice for cancelling large bookings made with deposits. Any cancellations or rescheduling made within 10 days of the event will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the deposit/minimum spend.
  • If a no-show or cancellation occurs with less than 72 hours’ notice before the event date, no refund will be provided.
  • Special requests: If you have any special dietary requirements, allergies, or specific requests, please inform us at the time of reservation or prior to your visit. We will do our best to accommodate these requests, but we cannot guarantee complete compliance in all circumstances. Our team will work with you to provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.
  • Service charge or gratuity: A discretionary service charge may be added to the bill for the convenience of our guests. This charge goes directly to our staff as gratuity. If you have any questions regarding our service charge or tipping policy, please feel free to inquire with our team.
  • Restaurant policies: We kindly request that guests adhere to our dress code and conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards our staff and fellow patrons. Any behaviour that disrupts the dining experience or violates our policies may result in refusal of service.
  • Liability: Kaabo Restaurant and Bar is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their visit. Guests are responsible for their own well-being and personal items while on our premises.

PRIVATE HIRE OPTIONS

3 HOURS SLOT

For a standard 4-hour occupancy, there is a minimum spend requirement of £2,500. However, we currently offer a discount of £500 for a 6-month period, so the minimum spend would be reduced to £2,000. This amount can be allocated towards various items such as food, drinks, shisha, room hire, VAT, and there will also be a standard discretionary charge of 12.5%.

4 HOURS SLOT

This amount can be allocated towards various items such as food, drinks, shisha, Lounge hire, VAT, and there will also be a standard discretionary charge of 12.5%.

PRIVATE HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • To secure the date for your hire, we will need a deposit of 25% of the total amount, which will also serve as a hold against your spend limit. PLEASE NOTE – The remaining amount should be settled by the CELEBRANT/EVENT PLANNER or a DESIGNATED INDIVIDUAL at the conclusion of the evening. Alternatively, we recommend that the payment be consolidated by a SINGLE PERSON and then remitted to us in its entirety.
  • Table assignments: While we strive to accommodate specific table requests, we cannot guarantee the allocation of a particular table or seating area. Table assignments are based on availability, party size, and operational requirements.
  • Confirmation: A reservation is considered confirmed when the guest receives a confirmation number or email from Kaabo Restaurant and Bar. Guests must present this confirmation upon arrival to validate their reservation.
  • Once you confirm your intention to proceed with the reservation, we will send you a pre-order form that should be completed by all guests to confirm their menu choices. Not filling and submitting the pre-order form will lead to a delay in the prompt service of your food.
  • Cancellation policy: Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or loss of future reservation privileges.
